Every effective conditioning program is centered around a foundation of strength. Once an athlete has proper mechanics on lifts such as the deadlift, squat, snatch, clean and jerk and overhead press they can expect amazing things to happen with their physique. Young athletes will notice that they can jump higher and run faster. We specialize on strength movements for one hour…this is known as “The Hour of Power.” No rowing, no running, no rings, no jump ropes…no cry babies!
Diet and Nutrition 1 on 1 Personal Training Kids Camp
There’s a fundamental blueprint for constructing your meals and snacks, and the reason for this is simple. Your body’s building blocks are protein, fat and carbohydrates. Of course we also need vitamins and minerals and other nutrients to survive and thrive, too. If you choose the right foods, you will be getting all of your protein, fat, carbs, AND nutrients all on one plate (or bowl) – no supplements necessary. We offer one on one training to men and women of all ages to build strength and lose body fat and to become efficient athletes regardless of what fitness level you are. Our specialized training allows CrossFitters to work on weakness and become better CrossFit athletes and it also allows beginners to build a solid foundation to enter the CrossFit program.
